How To Fix This Problem
Microsoft is aware of the “virtual memory is too low” error and has devised the Microsoft Fix for Virtual Memory issues. It will boost the current size of the computer system’s RAM by 1.5 times the percentage of random memory access currently used. As for the maximum size value of the RAM, it will be enhanced by up to three times the current size.
Download the HotFix from the official Microsoft website.
When you get to the page, proceed to the RESOLUTION section and click on the “Microsoft Fix it” tab.
Among the choices, select RUN under the File Download box. A series of simple instructions will guide you afterwards.
This Microsoft fix should ideally repair the problem you are having with the virtual memory; however, there is a chance that it might not work.
If that happens, you can troubleshoot the problem yourself by manually increasing the memory of your computer system. Accomplishing this task will give Microsoft Office and other programs the RAM they need to run correctly, without errors appearing.
Click START> My Computer> Properties; go to the ADVANCED option under the Systems Properties box. The PERFORMANCE window will appear and from there, click the SETTINGS and then ADVANCED tab.
The option that says “CHANGE” will appear and you will have to select that particular option located in the Virtual Memory window. You should then modify the “initial size” and the “maximum size” values to be higher values.
After that, press SET and then click OK to confirm the command. You can now close the Performance Options box and the Systems Properties box by clicking OK button.
Lastly, run a reliable registry cleaner like the Frontline Registry Cleaner. Its updated and user friendly features will ensure that any registry issues are taken care of efficiently; you can easily operate this software without fear of causing damage to the database. This is the easy way to fix the error problems you are having.
